• Orders are processed and production starts on the same day they are received, or the next day if received after hours.

• Orders placed over a weekend may take one extra day to start production.

 

2. Shipping Timeframe

• Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 days of production.

• You can generally expect delivery within 1 week, depending on weather, shipping conditions, or unforeseen delays.

• Deliveries to rural areas or the South Island may take longer.

 

3. Shipping Costs

• Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

• Orders under $50 incur a shipping fee of $8.

 

4. Shipping Coverage

• We ship across New Zealand, including the South Island and rural locations.

• Please note that delivery delays may occur in remote areas due to logistical constraints
