M&M Starter Kits: Each kit size allows multiple photos: 3 magnets → 5 photo uploads 5 magnets → 5 photo uploads 10 magnets → 10 photo uploads 25 magnets → 25 photo uploads M&M Bulk Kits: Each kit size allows multiple photos corresponding to the number of magnets: 50 magnets → 50 photo uploads 75 magnets → 75 photo uploads 100 magnets → 100 photo uploads Corporate / Brand Kits: Only single image upload is allowed. These kits produce multiple magnets with the same image, designed for business or corporate use.

We recommend high-resolution, clear photos with the main subject centered. Each magnet is a square 5cm × 5cm, so corners will be slightly rounded or pressed. We do not crop, edit, or Photoshop your image, and the printed magnets will reflect exactly the photo you provide.

For most orders, we encourage uploading your photo directly. If you have trouble uploading, you may contact us via email at milesandmagnetsnz@gmail.com. For single-image corporate or bulk orders (50+ magnets), please reach out to us before placing your order to ensure we can process your images correctly.

No. Once production starts (same day or next day after receiving your order), changes cannot be made. Any changes must be requested immediately on the same day the order is placed.
