Welcome to Miles & Magnets NZ. By using our website, placing an order, or submitting photos for magnets, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Orders

1.1 All orders must be placed through our website or as directed by our customer support team.
1.2 Once an order is received, production begins the same day or next business day. Weekend orders may take an extra day to begin production.
1.3 Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started. Any change requests must be made on the same day the order is placed.
 

2. Photo Submissions & Image Quality

2.1 Each magnet is square-shaped, 5 cm × 5 cm, with slightly pressed corners.
2.2 Customers are responsible for uploading high-resolution, clear photos with the main subject centred.
2.3 We do not provide editing, cropping, or Photoshop adjustments. The final product will reflect the image as submitted.
2.4 If you have trouble uploading photos, you may contact us at info@milesandmagnetsnz.com for assistance.
2.5 For single-image corporate or bulk orders (50+ magnets), please contact us before placing your order.
 

3. Acceptable Image Content

By uploading images to Miles & Magnets NZ, you agree that all content provided is appropriate and lawful.

3.1 Images containing nudity, sexually explicit, vulgar, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Miles & Magnets NZ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or remove any order that includes such material without notice. Any content deemed unlawful or in breach of New Zealand laws may be reported to the relevant authorities.
 

4. Kits & Image Upload Limits

4.1 M&M Starter Kits: Multiple photo uploads allowed, depending on the number of magnets in the kit.
4.2 Corporate / Brand Kits: Only a single image upload is allowed. All magnets in the kit will be printed using that single image.
 

5. Payments & Pricing

5.1 Payment must be made at the time of ordering via available online payment methods.
5.2 Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable.
5.3 Orders over $50 include free shipping. Orders under $50 incur a $8 shipping fee.
 

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after production begins.
6.2 Delivery usually takes up to 1 week, depending on weather, courier delays, and location.
6.3 Delays outside our control (including courier or weather disruptions) are not the responsibility of Miles & Magnets NZ.

7. Refunds & Returns

7.1 Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
(a) Wrong item sent (photo proof required)
(b) Damaged magnets during shipping (photo proof required)
7.2 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
7.3 We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with submitted images.
 

8. Intellectual Property & Usage

8.1 By submitting images, you confirm you have the legal right to use and reproduce them.
8.2 Images are used solely for producing your order. We do not claim ownership of customer images.
8.3 Corporate or brand images are used only for the specific order and are not shared.
 

9. Liability

9.1 We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect image submissions, poor image quality, or improper centring.
9.2 Liability is limited to the cost of the affected magnets only.
9.3 We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
 

10. Privacy

10.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
11.2 Any disputes are subject to New Zealand courts.
